Standard Home Care Services

This program is similar to the industry hourly standards. However, we do not change the hourly price whether you request 20, 40, or 80 hours a week. This program also allows you to be flexible, as long as you meet the minimum requirements below, and it is designed to make home care more accessible by offering a sliding scale payment based on your income. Regardless of the hourly rate you will be quoted, we offer the same quality of care and service for participants in this program. Everyone’s contribution here will enable us to help others who are less fortunate.

  • For adults who need more intensive care and cannot live independently, we need to ensure that a caregiver, either family or friend, must be present at the end our shifts.

  • A minimum of 20 hours per week and 4 hours per visit is required.

Flexible Home Care

This program reduces an individual's annual home care cost through a timeshare system. Unlike other home care services where a lower hour request and higher flexibility means higher hourly price, this program maintains the hourly rate to save you money. However, there are minimum requirements that must be met.

  • Members within a timeshare group must live within 10 min of driving from each other. Driving time will be included in the service hour.

  • We have a minimum of 20 hours per week for the group. On days when services are scheduled, the total service hours must add up to at least 8 hours, with a minimum of 2 hours per home visit.Changes to time allocation must be notified at least 3 days before.

  • If you ask us to carry out a task that cannot be done within the home care time requested, we may refuse or someone must be willing to take over the task when we leave.

Subsidized Home Care Program

This program's availability depends on the yearly budget from revenue, grants, and charity. The goal of this program is to help families in the low to moderate income range, who otherwise would not be able to afford home care, in caring for loved ones suffering from illnesses such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and other diseases affecting an individual's ability to carry out activities of daily living (ADL).

With this program, we hope to help caregivers find time to care for themselves so that they can continue to care for their loved ones. Unlike the Standard Home Care Service Plan where the cost of home care that you pay keeps our operations afloat, the home care cost here is subsidized to make it even more affordable. The hourly rate in this program is determined by the income of the family, and any contribution will help us maximize the number of families we can help.
